Warning:  It is possible for cold therapy parts to come in contact with water which may contain bacteria that may come in contact with skin/incisions; furthermore, cold injury can occur to treated area if manufacturer instructions are not followed.   Cold therapy units/parts cannot be returned unless the issue is a problem with their operation.  If that is the case and the unit is still in its warranty period, a replacement unit will be provided.
