How do I return an item?
 
Return Goods Policy
 
We have one of the most flexible return policies offered!   All product returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RGA).  A return request form must be obtained from the Return Goods Department by emailing service@mmarmedical.com or filling out an RGA form (located at the bottom) and either emailing it to service and putting "Returns" as the subject or faxing it to 713-465-2818.  An RGA number will be assigned and returned to you. 

We offer a full refund with no restocking fees if the conditions specified below are met:

  • An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number needs to accompany every return. 
  • Items must be received within 30 days of date of purchase(clearance items are not returnable)
  • Items must be in a resellable condition (Item can be tried on but not worn for an extensive period of time)
  • All returns must include ALL original packaging and instructions.
  • All items are subject to re-stocking fees. (Please see below for details)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless there is a shipping error or defect. In these cases, we will issue a pre-paid UPS label.

Goods to be returned must be in sellable condition. Sellable condition is defined as product in original shipping condition encased in a plastic seal.  The FDA prohibits the reuse of devices prescribed as a single patient unit. Custom or altered products are not returnable.

All products returned with a claim of a manufacturer's defect by the customer will be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment of the damage. If the product is found defective, MMAR Medical Group, Inc. will replace the defective item(s) at no extra charge to the customer.

All returned goods are subject to a restocking fee. Any products over 30 days from invoice date are non-returnable, unless otherwise noted. All freight for returned packages will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there is an error on MMAR Medical's part.

*RGA number must be referenced on the outside of the shipping box. This will prevent any credit delays.
