The ALPS Clearline Silicone Suspension Sleeve with Fabric Reinforcement is one of the first below-the-knee (BK) suspension sleeves to truly offer effective suspension by vacuum sealing the skin without restricting blood circulation for the wearer. It continues to be the suspension sleeve of choice for many high activity below the knee amputees today.

The elasticity of the integrated outer fabric cover allows superior freedom of motion throughout the entire range of knee joint flexing movement while still achieving its secure vacuum suspension. The uniform 1.5 mm thickness of its material reduces bunching behind the knee during use.

The ALPS Clearline Silicone Suspension Sleeve with Fabric Reinforcement is able to do all of these great things without having to sacrifice its durability. It is also one of the few suspension sleeves on the market that can be made in custom sizes, allowing more sizing options for amputees and their practitioners, including pediatric and larger sizes.
