GUS is short for gusset, the way all slings should be designed.

The GUS posterior GUSSET is an intimate comfort panel that anatomically allows the sling to fit the arm versus the arm fitting the sling. Incorporates the most comfortable double roll strapping system that adjusts from each end providing the easiest adjustment and application available.

Round buckles allow the GUS straps to seek their most comfortable attachment regardless of the anatomical differences. Two buckles at the wrist are provided to allow easy sling entrance, eliminating the need to lace your arm into the sling. And no need to painfully shrug your shoulder or flex your elbow to enter GUS.
