Similar to the Neuroflex elbow braces, the Neuroflex knee braces are capable of restoring normal alignment and re-lengthen shortened tissues using the same methods. Disc technology utilizes adjustable dials that lock in to apply mild stretch at a knee joint. Gradual resetting of the dials will return the knee to normal alignment. Air technology take the shape of the leg to disperse any potential pressure while controlling the angle with flexion and extension stops on the hinges.
