I have Cervical Dystonia laterocollis to the right side. I understand that it is very severe and I have been suffering for many years. I recommend it to people who do not have many muscle spasms and contractions, like me. It gives some relief, but in my case it is torture. For people who have a less aggressive Dystonia, it should be very funtional because the bracer can help hold your head and lessens the tremors.
