
How do I return an item?![]() Return Goods Policy
We have one of the most flexible return policies offered! Simply write the reason for the return on your packing list and any exchange requests, if desired. If you do not have a packing list or cannot locate it for whatever reason, please email service@mmarmedical.com for further instructions. Please make note that returning an item to any address other then what is provided online; or without the packing list, can delay the process. The customer is held responsible for covering any return shipping costs. We ask that customers keep any tracking information for proof of delivery and for their records. We offer a full refund with no restocking fees if the conditions specified below are met:
Goods to be returned must be in salable condition. Salable condition is defined as product in original shipping condition encased in a plastic seal. The FDA prohibits the reuse of devices prescribed as a single patient unit. Custom or altered products are not returnable. All products returned with a claim of a manufacturer's defect by the customer will be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment of the damage. If the product is found defective, MMAR Medical Group, Inc. will refund the defective item(s) to the customer.
Any products over 30 days from invoice date are non-returnable, unless otherwise noted. Please be advised that Returns/Credits can take up to 6 weeks for processing.
