How do I return an item?

Return Goods Policy
We have one of the most flexible return policies offered! All product returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RGA). An RGA number must be obtained from the Return Goods Department by emailing putting "Returns" as the subject. Please provide your order #, account # if applicable, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. An RGA number will be assigned and returned to you as quickly as possible.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unless there is a shipping error or defect. In these cases, we will issue a pre-paid UPS label.

We offer a full refund with no restocking fees if the conditions specified below are met:

  • An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number is accompanied with the return.
  • Items must be received within 30 days of date of purchase (clearance items are not returnable).
  • Items must be in a resellable condition (Item can be tried on but not worn for an extensive period of time)
  • All returns must include ALL original packaging and instructions.
A restocking fee may deducted from your refund if the conditions specified applies to the return:
  • Items original packing has shipping labels or writing placed by the customer.
  • Items vital information or accessories are missing or damaged (ex: instructions, too kits, additional liners, etc.)

Goods to be returned must be in sellable condition. Sellable condition is defined as product in original shipping condition encased in a plastic seal. The FDA prohibits the reuse of devices prescribed as a single patient unit. Custom or altered products are not returnable.

All products returned with a claim of a manufacturer's defect by the customer will be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment of the damage. If the product is found defective, MMAR Medical Group, Inc. will replace the defective item(s) at no extra charge to the customer.

Any products over 30 days from invoice date are non-returnable, unless otherwise noted.

Once return meets all these specifications and has been authorized with a RGA number, the item MUST be shipped to:

*RGA number must be referenced on the outside of the shipping box. This will prevent any credit delays.
